INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
HDS is the online recruitment website of HD Securities Joint Stock Company (HDS) for candidates aged 18 and over.
Personal information of each candidate is collected and handled carefully by HDS! Please read the Personal Information Privacy Policy below to better understand HDS’s policies on the collection, use, processing and storage of personal information.
1. Scope of application
a. “Personal information” means candidate information including: full name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, email address, phone number, study and work history, contact person and other information that candidates proactively provide according to the electronic curriculum vitae posted by candidates on the HDS website.
b. Other websites or services linked from/to this website will have their own policies that candidates can view by activating the corresponding links (if any).
2. Collection of Personal Information
a. When a candidate creates an account at HDS, the candidate also allows HDS to collect, process, store and share the candidate’s Personal Information for the following purposes:
i Evaluate candidates for recruitment to positions at HDS and its subsidiaries/affiliated companies from time to time;
ii. Notify/contact candidates to discuss candidates’ application results at Techcombank and HDS’s subsidiaries/affiliated companies in each period;
iii. Notify candidates about job opportunities suitable to the candidate’s available Resume at the website HDSjobs.com that HDS thinks may be of interest to the candidate;
iv. Carry out HDS’s obligations arising from any contract entered into between HDS and the candidate;
v. Notify candidates about changes/updates of the Information Security Policy.
b. HDS also collects candidates from sg candidates, collects information from candidates about sechcombank candidates, collects candidates from search candidates, informs candidates about changes/updates of HDS’s Information Security Policy.
3. Use of Personal Information
HDS does not sell, rent or share your Personal Information with others or third parties unless the original source is deducted unless the original purpose is:
a. HDS may transfer candidates’ personal information to partners (service providers) who are assisting HDS in managing HDS’s websites or assisting HDS in talent recruitment, management and evaluation. Pre-employment screening and testing and improving HDS recruitment practices.

4. Control of Personal Information
When posting personal information on the website hdsjobs.com, candidates are obliged to keep their account information (login name, password) confidential. HDS is not responsible for any damages/claims/suits (if any) in case candidates disclose account information (login name, password). Regarding their Personal Information, candidates have the following rights:
a. Correct/update Personal Information that the candidate believes is inaccurate or incomplete;
b. Request HDS to delete personal information that HDS is storing.
5. Method and duration of information storage
a. HDS may use cloud applications to store candidate data. Candidate personal information may be processed on behalf of HDS by another service provider and may be stored in various locations around the world. When outside service providers are used, HDS has contracts with the providers requiring them to keep candidate information confidential and not to use it other than within our specific instructions.
b. If a candidate is employed by HDS, all relevant Personal Information collected during the pre-employment period will become part of the candidate’s personnel file and will be retained in accordance with the requirements of the candidate. HDS in each period. If HDS does not hire a candidate, HDS will delete the candidate’s data within 6 months after the end of the recruitment process unless HDS wishes to retain the candidate’s Personal Information to consider candidates for opportunities future jobs. In such cases, HDS will seek the applicant’s consent, either before or after the applicant officially applies for the job.
c. In all cases, Personal Information may be retained for a longer period as may be required by law from time to time.
