The company officially changed its name to HD Securities Joint Stock Company

2021

August 2021

HDS was approved by the State Securities Commission to establish a securities company branch in Hanoi according to Decision No. 58/QD-UBCK dated February 5, 2021.

October 2021

HDS completed the increase in charter capital to 1,023 billion and was granted a license by the State Securities Commission to adjust and operate securities company license No. 87/GPĐC-UBCK dated October 7, 2021.

2020

October 2020

The company was granted a License by the State Securities Commission to adjust the Establishment and Operation License of Securities Company No. 68/GPĐC-UBCN on adjusting to increase charter capital from 155 billion VND to 310 billion VND.

2018

August 2018

Changed name to HD Securities Joint Stock Company according to adjustment license No. 62/GPĐC-UBCK issued by the State Securities Commission on August 10, 2018.
