The package offers a competitive margin interest rate together with a range of trading benefits designed to support a more efficient and flexible investment experience.

OPTIMIZE FINANCING COSTS WITH THE H-START PACKAGE

1. Preferential margin interest rate of just 7.5% p.a.

H-Start offers a competitive margin interest rate, enabling investors to optimize financing costs and gain greater flexibility in managing their investment strategies.

2. Zero brokerage fees for cash equity trading

HDS offers clients under the H-Start package zero brokerage fees for cash equity transactions, providing greater cost efficiency for active investors.

Note: Clients remain responsible for applicable transaction fees payable to the relevant stock exchange, currently at 0.027%.

3. Margin loan balance of up to VND 5 billion per sub-account

The package provides a margin loan balance of up to VND 5 billion per sub-account, offering greater flexibility to meet investors’ financing needs.

Any outstanding margin balance exceeding the applicable package limit will be subject to HDS’s prevailing standard margin interest rate in accordance with HDS policies in effect from time to time.

4. Preferential benefits for up to six months

Clients are entitled to the full benefits of the H-Start package for six months from the date their HDS account is successfully opened.

Upon expiry of the preferential period, applicable fees and interest rates will be subject to HDS’s prevailing policies at the relevant time.

5. Eligibility and programme period

• Eligibility: Clients who do not currently hold a securities trading account with HDS and successfully open a new account with HDS.
• Programme period: From 14 May 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless otherwise announced by HDS or until the total allocation available under the package has been fully utilized, whichever occurs earlier.

6. Terms and conditions for preferential benefits

• For clients opening a new account from 14 May 2026, the H-Start Margin preferential terms will take effect from the date the client successfully opens an account with HDS.
• If a client switches to another product package during the preferential period, all benefits under the existing H-Start package will cease from the effective date of the switch.
• Clients may not participate in multiple promotional packages concurrently.
